Pneumatic Conveying Jets:
The illustrated pneumatic conveying jet can be used in metal-working factories for the manual extraction of chips, dust or other granulates from the machine surroundings, floor or work piece after the end of a shift. The conveying system includes an annular jet type injector. The jet is connected to the compressed air supply. Compressed air is injected through the adjustable annular jet in the conveying direction if the ball valve is opened.

This produces an induced draught which extracts the particles and conveys them into the suction ducting of the dust extraction plant. The particles are then separated in the wet or dry type filter unit.
Up to 6 m of flexible spiral hose (antistatic material is also available) can be connected at the air inlet on the conveying system. Various suction nozzles types for the hose connection are available.
